Process · Scope → Build → Ship → Run

No hourly meter. No end-of-project surprise.

The entire engagement is designed around one idea: you should always know what you're getting, when, and for how much.

01 SCOPE FREE · 2 DAYS 02 BUILD DEMOS · 2–3 DAYS 03 SHIP ACCEPTED · PAID 04 RUN OPTIONAL CARE IMPROVEMENTS SHIP MONTHLY PROPOSAL = PRICE + DATE + CRITERIA
FIG. 02 — The engagement loop. Payment only happens at SHIP, against criteria you approved at SCOPE.
01

Scope

One call or email thread, then we write the proposal: milestones, acceptance criteria per milestone, a fixed price and a delivery date. You see exactly what "done" means before paying anything.

Free · 2 working days

02

Build

Work happens in a repository you own, deployed to a staging URL you can open any time. Every 2–3 days: a live demo call plus a written progress note. No surprises at the end — you watch it grow.

Demo every 2–3 days · written updates · your repo

03

Ship

Each milestone is accepted against its written criteria — you test it, we fix anything that misses, then it counts as delivered. Launch includes production deployment, monitoring and a recorded handover walkthrough.

Acceptance criteria · 30 days free fixes

04

Run

After launch you choose: full handover to your team, or a monthly care retainer with monitoring, updates and a guaranteed response time. Either way, you keep every key and credential.

Optional retainer · cancel with 30 days notice

§ How pricing works

Fixed price per milestone

The proposal splits work into 2–5 milestones, each with its own price and acceptance criteria. You pay when you accept, milestone by milestone — not everything upfront.

Changes are change orders

New ideas mid-build are normal. Each one gets a written mini-quote: price and schedule impact. You approve it or park it. The original number never silently inflates.

The AI dividend is yours too

AI-native tooling is why our fixed prices undercut traditional agency quotes at the same seniority level — the speed gain is shared with you, not hidden behind an hourly rate.

§ What we need from you

One decision-maker who can answer questions within a business day, honest access to the context (existing code, accounts, constraints), and attendance at the demos. That's it — we handle the rest, including writing things down so you never have to repeat yourself.

See the proposal before you commit anything.

Tell us what you need in one email or a 20-minute call. You get a fixed-price proposal with scope, milestones and a delivery date — free, within two working days.
